- July 2014: Raspberry Shortbread Bars - Note from Heidi D: I added 1 t. almond extract for almond flavor! Also made my own jam - 1 1/2 c. raspberries and 1 c. sugar. Boil to 225F. Cool before using. I held 1/2 c. jam back and put it on the top to add color to top of bars.
